Went to the block today to have a look for the Asset Protection Form. And to my surprise, the electrical manhole's cover was wrecked. There were also a few minor cracks in the footpath.

Well I guess there shouldn't any worry. It's either the council's problem or Carlisle's since my neighbour is also building with Carlisle.
